It all began with a dream. Dr. Gourav Mangla, already known for his selfless service with charitable organisations, felt the growing need for a dependable eye care hospital in Bathinda. So, in 2018, he decided to plant roots and build something meaningful and Vasu was born. Not long after, his better half, Dr. Ruchi Mangla, added her own magic by setting up the skin care hospital wing, making Vasu a one-of-a-kind place where both your vision and skin are in safe, skilled hands.
But let’s be honest, it wasn’t easy. Dr. Mangla left a higher-paying job in Ambala to chase this dream. With little money, no local backing, and a heart full of belief, he opened his first setup, Vasu Retina Centre, inside SD Mahabir Dal Hospital. That was the humble start of what would become a renowned eye hospital in Punjab.
Dr. Ruchi joined the ride with equal grit, investing her own money, setting up the skin centre, and building the trust of patients one visit at a time. Together, they’ve shaped Vasu into not just a clinic, but a community-focused hospital. Today, we proudly wear the badge of being the best eye and best skin care hospital in Bathinda.
